Harbor Strength was created to make fitness work with your life, not against it.

After years of training in both traditional gyms and mobile fitness settings, we realized the biggest obstacle for most people wasn’t motivation, it was time, convenience, and consistency. That’s why we created Harbor Strength and Wellness Co: to remove those barriers entirely by bringing professional coaching and equipment directly to you.

As parents and fitness professionals ourselves, we understand how difficult it can be to balance health, family, work, and everyday responsibilities. Between long commutes, crowded gyms, and busy schedules, fitness can quickly feel overwhelming. Harbor was built to provide a better solution, purposeful training focused on strength, longevity, and lasting results that fits into real life instead of adding more complexity. Our goal is simple: help busy professionals and families prioritize their health in a way that is efficient, sustainable, and built around the life they actually live.


Our Story

Harbor Strength & Wellness Co started from a simple passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and build healthier lives. What began in 2020 by helping friends and family quickly grew into coaching athletes, leading a local high school weightlifting program, and eventually becoming an elite personal trainer in the commercial fitness industry.

After expanding into the mobile fitness space in Nashville, Harbor was created to bring a more personal and convenient approach to training back home to the St. Petersburg area. Today, Harbor combines years of coaching experience with a purpose-driven approach focused on strength, longevity, accountability, and helping busy people make fitness fit real life.

Silas Beckett

Founder/ NASM CPT, PES, CNC, and PBC

Silas Beckett is the founder of Harbor Strength and Wellness Co and has over 6 years of experience helping clients build strength, improve performance, and create healthier lifestyles. With certifications in personal training, performance enhancement, and nutrition coaching, he has worked with both men and women ranging from ages 12–85, including athletes, busy professionals, and families.

Silas created Harbor with the goal of bringing professional coaching directly to clients through convenient mobile training designed to fit real life. His coaching style combines athletic performance, functional strength, and accountability to help people achieve lasting results while maintaining balance with work, family, and everyday life.
